Terms of Use

By accessing or using the AutoTowing platform at autotowing.app and its related web and mobile tools (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Future Edge Developments LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

AutoTowing is a software platform that lets properties and their authorized operators manage visitor parking, vehicle registrations, and permits. We provide software only. We do not own or operate tow trucks or storage lots, do not employ tow operators, do not set parking or towing rules or fees, and do not make towing or enforcement decisions. Those decisions are made solely by the property and its authorized operator.

Registering a vehicle or requesting a permit through the Service does not guarantee that a vehicle will not be towed, ticketed, or subject to enforcement. Approvals, exceptions, and enforcement are controlled by the property and its operator, and are subject to their rules and to applicable law. You are responsible for following the parking rules that apply at the property where you park.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register a vehicle or request a permit, and to keep it up to date. Submitting false, misleading, or another person’s information, or registering a vehicle you are not authorized to register, is prohibited and may result in denial of a permit, enforcement action by the property or operator, or removal from the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering any part of it, scraping or harvesting data, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Future Edge Developments LLC and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, and disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any registration or permit will produce a particular outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Future Edge Developments LLC or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any towing, ticketing, storage, or enforcement action taken by a property or operator, or for loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Future Edge Developments LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or the inaccuracy of information you submit.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
