Do we have to move off our current dispatch software?
No. AutoTowing owns permits, enforcement rules and property visibility. It runs alongside whatever you dispatch and invoice with, and the tow-eligible list is what feeds your existing workflow.
How long does it take to get a property live?
The onboarding wizard walks you through branding, contact details, sending domain and permit rules. A single property is typically live the same day; a portfolio depends mostly on how fast you can get manager contacts together.
What does the free trial actually include?
Fourteen days on one property with the real product — registration, rules, tow-eligible queue, guest page and reporting. No card required to start.
Will guests and property managers see your name?
No. Every guest-facing and manager-facing surface carries your logo, colors, support number and sending domain.
Who owns the data?
You do. Exports are available at any time, and if you leave you take your permit and tow history with you.
Can property managers be given access without seeing everything?
Yes. Access is scoped per property, so a manager sees only their own lots and nothing from the rest of your portfolio.
What are paid guest passes?
When a guest hits a permit limit — say their three days are up — they can buy an extension right from the registration page, from a few extra hours up to a 7-day pass. The revenue is split automatically between you and the property, so a denied registration stops being a dead end and starts being income.
